In 1937 Ralph Ferguson started a small wire
products company, in Los Angeles, and called it Ferguson Wire
Products. About ten years later, Emil Dugas started another
company, also in Los Angeles, and called it Enterprise Products.
For many years the two companies competed with each other
and each prospered.
After many years Mr Dugas decided to retire and let younger
members of the family run the business. Click Lookabaugh took
over at Enterprise. In 1972 Mr. Ferguson sold his business
to Ron Spicer and Steve Lookabaugh, and also retired.
In 1976, Ferguson Wire and Enterprise Products merged. The
company continued to grow with three partners at the helm
and 80 long time employees. In 1987, as part of our desire
to increase our service to our customers, we expanded our
manufacturing capabilities.
Then in 2002, Ron Spicer, after a total of thirty years running
Ferguson and Enterprise, bought out the remaining partners
and became our CEO. Tom Spicer, after nine years with the
company, assumed the Presidency; Tom is the fourth generation
of the family to occupy this position.

Founded in 1937 to service the point of purchase
display industry, Enterprise Products, Inc. has
become a leader in the creation and manufacture
of unique display products for that industry. We
are known for the rapid production of high quality
displays, designed both to fulfill the needs of
our customer, and to reduce the costs normally associated
with selling his products.
One of our larger customers recently realized a
7% savings on his display needs when we redesigned
his display to more efficiently showcase his products.
For this customer alone, this has resulted in a
quarter of a million dollars per year in reduced
costs.
Because of this kind of dedication to quality and
cost control, we have developed a loyal customer
base of both small and large companies, including
many national brands, who remain our customers because
we continually search for ways to satisfy their
needs and exceed their expectations.
