Angeles Ramos- Operation Assistant
Angeles studied 2 years in mechatronic engineering and is working on a Bachelor of Science that specialies in the coverage of mechanical engineering and design areas. She has strong organizational skills and focuses on increasing productivity. With the excellent abilities in coordinating internal and external resources, Angeles ensures that all projects are completed on time with client's satisfactions. She assists in managing daily operations of the office area and ascertains a presentable and efficient workspace.
Jose Pasillas - Marketing Specialist
With 8 years of experience in Telecommunication and Sales, Jose Pasillas has provided the excellent customer service by answering inquiries and finding correct solutions in different lines of businesses. In addition, Jose has 4 years of experience in Human Resources department as a recruitment specialist and selection processes. Since joining the Enterprise Products, Inc; Jose would like to contribute his experiences to expand the company's products and services nationwide and increase the company's market share.
Edgar Moreno - Account Executive
Expertise in the Telecommunications and Sales industry with 7 years of experiences, Edgar Moreno is always looking for continuous improvements and challenges with Enterprise Products Inc. He is professionally certified in Lean, Six Sigma Mythology, and has worked for several companies from small to large corporations across all over industries.
Also, Edgar is bi-lingual that fluent in both English and Spanish. Performing all the jobs with excellent customer service skills, Edgar utilizes the marketing strategy and willing to put his best foot forward in order to serve the best interests of customer’s demands and needs.
Whitney Israelson - Office assistant
Whitney Israelson has 9 years of customer service experience in many different industries. She has worked for a number of well known companies throughout the country. Whitney does well with any task she is given and always goes above and beyond. She brings positivity and a diverse skill set to our office, making her a great asset to our team.
Alexandra K. Hammerbeck - Operations Manager
Alexandra Hammerbeck is an expert in customer service relations with over 7 years of professional experience. She is responsible for a variety of administrative tasks including billing, drafting contracts, loan processing, and being a point of contact for our clients and vendors. She focuses on professionalism, efficiency, and accuracy. With experience with small businesses to large corporations, her expertise and attitude makes her a great asset to our team.
Daniel J. Ballentine - General Counsel
Daniel J. Ballintine has more than 20 years of experience collaborating with businesses to develop and deliver successful litigation strategies involving employment claims. His practice covers virtually every type of employment-related case, including non-compete, discrimination, sexual harassment, overtime, medical leave, trade secret and other claims in state and federal court. Dan also has a niche specialty handling cases that involve temporary restraining orders. He works hand-in-hand with human resource professionals and provides counsel in every aspect of the employment relationship. He acts as general counsel for clients across a broad range of industries and represents all types of businesses including senior care conglomerates, manufacturing companies, retail establishments and service firms.
Peter Xiong - Director of Business Development - EMS Division
Peter has 17 plus years of experience in manufacturing industry. His background expertise in sales, assembly, project management and product development. Peter is knowledgeable in EPR system and has work closely with Engineers in creating print using Visio; edit print using photohop, built first article, Prototype, ISO standards, lean and six sigma. He work with sales to meet customer and monitor activities affecting environment quality and inspect finished product for quality and adherence to customer specification. He also delivers high customer services and understands the needs and goals for his client.
THOMAS PHAM - ChieF exECUTIVe oFFICer
Thomas is an experienced Senior Executive Officer with a demonstrated history of working in the management consulting industry. Thomas is skilled in Manufacturing, Management, Strategic Planning, Cross-functional Team Leadership, and Thought Leadership, Project Management. He holds a degree in Master of Business Administration from University of Minnesota-Twin Cities.
Tom Tran - Director of Operations - EMS Division
Tom Tran has worked with a number of Engineering/Consulting/Contractor companies over the last 24 years and has gained invaluable knowledge. He's worked in the capacities of a CAD operator, Designer, even as a CAD and BIM Manager. He is currently a consultant for the Honolulu Rail project, which is scheduled for completion by 2022; this segment of the rail is 5.1 miles long at a cost of $900 million. Tom has a passion for sustainability which leads him to a position as a Project Engineer for one of Hawaii’s most successful Solar companies. He currently consults for solar and Photovoltaic designs and installations for residential and commercial projects on an as needed basis. Tom looks forward to expanding his horizons and broaden his experience with the new engineering companies he works with.
Karsson Hevia - Social Media Manager, Copywriter, Author
Seasoned Social Media Strategist, Author, and Content Writer, Karsson Hevia utilizes her 10+ years of experience partnering with diverse businesses to develop personalized and strategic social media campaigns across a multitude of social platforms. This results in brand awareness, increased inbound website traffic, generation of sales through online marketing, and the curation of captivating content through content writing, resulting in client acquisition. When away from the computer, Karsson love to be outside with her family enjoying the gorgeous California sites.
Omar Atchley - Director of Operations
Omar Atchley has a degree in Applied Science. The last 10 years he has worked at Tp Corp. as a supervisor, Recruiting and Selection Coordinator and Operations Trainer. Previously he worked at American Airlines as a Safety Coordinator for 7 years. He currently is responsible for developing and administering ongoing training programs for new and current employees. He trains Supervisors, Trainers, and Quality Analysts to responsibilities, and is responsible for quarterly performance reviews that are directly submitted to the client. When he is not at work he enjoys competing in downhill mountain bike competitions and enjoys the rough terrain.

Sam is a global business leader with more than 25 years of international experience in Consumer Electronics; Manufacturing Operation, Procurement, E2E Supply Chain Management, Strategic Sourcing, EMS / ODM / JRD Business Management, Suppliers Development & Management. Also, Sam has an extensive experience, knowledge and background of suppliers & EMS partners in different regions as: China, Taiwan, Singapore, India, Vietnam, Thailand, and Malaysia.
David Burmeister - Office Manager
David is a self-motivated and dependable team player while achieving high professional performance. His experience in property management and customer relations is highly invaluable. At Enterprise Products Inc., he is responsible for doing administrative tasks, especially those that require fine detail. He mainly focuses on interviewing, screening and scanning candidates for our staffing division. He is passionate to help clients reach their goals and ensuring best HR practices.
Mandy Nolden - Corporate SR. Marketing Coordinator
Since graduated from St Cloud State University, Mandy Nolden has worked with entrepreneurs from small to medium-sized businesses to implement marketing strategy in order to attract potential ideal customers. Realizing that each client has an individual and specific needs, Mandy recognizes these needs with follow-up both before and after the deal has occurred. Her knowledge of marketing strategy along with these attributes, allows her to stand out in the marketing industry.

Dorathy Nguyen Le is a Certified Chemical Engineer-in-Training (EIT) licensed by the Texas Board of Professional Engineers (TBPE), with an educational background, including a Master of Business Administration. She was a Financing Director who developed and promoted loan products and services, such as SBA, Business Fast Cash, Poultry Farm, 3 No Investment Home, Commercial, Constructional, and Hard Money. Her passion is to help her clients to get funds to make their dreams come true from business and real estate. She also established a Commercial Game Club to help the community understand and learn tips to profit from Commercial Real Estate (CRE).
