Dariela Hernandez - HR Recruiter

Dariela is a professional interpreter, having 3 years of experience in the medical and insurance field,she is bilingual in both English and Spanish.Her focus is in building relationships.She listens attentively  and solves problems creatively ,She is confident that her abilities and experience will allow her to perform excellent  work in the staffing industry

Julian Enriquez - HR Senior Recruiter 

Julian Enriquez has spent the past 2 years as a professional Spanish/English Interpreter in the medical and insurance field. He is very devoted in sales & marketing strategy. He joined the TimeShare industry back in 2012. He understands the importance of communication and is committed to serving the needs of those he works with. Taking the new position as HR/ Recruiter for Enterprise Products Inc., Julian works well with his team to recruit the best candidates in order to help the company strive successfully.

Early Chang - Strategic Staffing Manager

Early Chang provides excellent managerial skills as a subcontractor for many businesses in order to achieve the short-term and long-term goals. He has a formal background in radiology, a prior financial services broker, and founded one of the first gourmet food trucks in WI. Currently he owns the Boss Services, a business contracting company, specializes in connecting people and businesses. With the outstanding strategic experiences in his staffing career, Early would like to bring to the Enterprise Products, LLC; recruitment of high-quality employees, work force training and retention, and managing internal/external staffing resources. He works well in a team environment and demonstrates leadership skills while respecting his clients by managing high level of customer satisfaction.  Along with his 10+ years of experiences in business start-up and entrepreneurship he is determined to ensure many heights of business' successes. 

Funding Division

Ronald Davis - President EPI Funding Division

Ronald Davis has over 10 years of experience in both business development and finance. He personally responsible for originating millions of dollars in funding for both Small Businesses and Real Estate Investors. He has established successful working relationships with leading lenders in Both the Small Business and Commercial Real Estate lending arenas. Having a great deal of experience in both these areas have afforded him the ability to offer strategic funding solutions to a wide range of clients. 

Neng Lee - Director of Business Development - Funding Division

Neng is a Policy Fellows and received his Masters of Public Affairs/Policy from the Hubert H. Humphrey School of Public Affairs, University of Minnesota Twin Cities. He has over 15 years of experience in public leadership, nonprofit management, and business partner of a retail establishment (annual sales of 1.5 million). Prior to joining Enterprise Products, Inc., Neng spent over five years working for the Minnesota Department of Employment and Economic Development (DEED) where he was one of the 20 Business Services Specialists in the state. His role was to provide state and federal business programs to over 6,000 businesses in Ramsey County and other counties. He had directed nonprofit organization and worked as school administrator in the Twin Cities. Neng is active with the community where he lives and was a former elected City Council member. He has served on numerous boards such as the Minnesota Hmong Chamber of Commerce; City of St. Paul Business Review Council; Minnesota Board of Physical Therapy; Kellogg Community Leadership and other. One of Neng’s roles with EPI is to lead the account executive team and provide training as needed.

Peng Thao - Sales & Marketing Manager - Funding Division

Peng has more than 10 years of experience in Manufacturing. He has worked in sales positions in close relationship with the internal team, marketing staff, and other managers to increase sales opportunities and maximizing revenue for their organization. His role with EPI is to develop plans and strategies to lead the sales team in effective prospecting for new clients through networking, calling, advertising or other means of generating interest from potential clients. Peng oversees the overall development of the pipeline of new business coming in to the company.

Joyce Thao - Senior Account Executive Manager

Joyce has spent her entire twelve year career as an Insurance Financial Coordinator in the Medical and Dental field. She has a long record of successfully guiding financial management and financial planning. She ensures that the recommended programs encompass each client’s financial goal and time frames. Joyce enjoys working closely with clients and providing excellent customer service. Her attention to detail, listening skills, and empathy are consistent appreciate by her clients. Joyce is supported by the development team of the EPI group and she brings wealth experience.

Sheila Xiong - Loan Processor

Sheila Xiong is the Loan Processor for Enterprise Products, Inc. Prior to this role, she worked for a privately held hospitality company where she worked in the human resources department and oversaw new employee onboarding and the company’s internship program. In previous roles with other companies and in the public sector, she has provided administrative support to senior level management, drove processes improvement, and acted as a liaison to key internal and external partners. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Public Administration and Public Policy from Michigan State University.

Louisa Roberson - HR Assistant

Louisa Roberson has 12 years of customer service experience across all different industries.

She has excellent people skills and enjoys working with others as a good team player.

Utilizing detail-oriented skills, Louisa handles all administrative tasks and helps with HR coordination. In addition, Louisa always opens to learning new things at the Enterprise Products, Inc. She is very determined and hardworking that willing to take extra steps to handle the workloads successfully.
